Worked from home the whole time. Loved that.
Opportunity was there, but you have to seek it out.
Great if you have self-discipline and can manage yourself.
Isolated from company as remote, good and bad.
Bad at review and raise time, cliqueish from people who came up together through support.
Branch out from your comfort zone. Don't hire people that fit the mold; hire people that break the mold.
