- Work from home option (not necessarily to be present at the office the whole time).
Growth rate is not impressive unless you are here on a long-term basis. On-site opportunities in the testing department are hardly an opportunity.
- Give on-site opportunities to motivate employees.
- Appreciation from time to time (in terms of payscale) would be a bonus.
