Call with the recruiter via phone call. Call with the technical team via phone call. In-person meeting with the director. The questions they asked were straightforward, and I got an offer. But from the get-go, I stated my price and was lowballed after the final round. After talking to the director and seeing the place, I wasn't going to accept the offer. It wasn't for me.
