Pros: There are a lot of great things about Deloitte. When you are well aligned and things are humming, you never want to leave. It’s fantastic.

Cons: But when you are not well aligned due to the way the business is organized, or metrics, or otherwise, it is painful. I am also surprised Deloitte doesn’t offer coaching as part of its benefits package to employees.
