Backend Engineer Interview Experience - Tel Aviv-Yafo
Process
The interview took 5 stages.
The first was a 30-minute call with some technical questions.
The second was an online LeetCode question.
Towards the third, they wanted to check if I was fitting for the higher role of Architect and scheduled an interview with two engineers from the USA. I emphasize I had to adjust my schedule and take the interview late during the day for me. The interview was about displaying a project I was proud of and some conversation about my background.
The 4th was with the site manager, who was a VP or something of the sort, and was more of a general background question without any technical questions.
After that, they vanished for 2 months.
