Process
It all started with a call from Human Resources. I took an English test before the second step. After the call, a second introductory part took place, still with HR on Teams. The third interview, the technical one, also took place on Teams.
The last part was conducted with two Managers. They introduced themselves and then gave me the floor. I talked about my experiences and projects, and they were very curious about my CV. They specifically asked me about my project in Java and Git. I talked about Cloud and DevOps. They asked me to speak in English, choosing a topic of my choice. Everything unfolded as if it were a "friendly chat", very relaxed.
