Process
Overall, it was a smooth process. The phone screening went well, as did the first interview with the lead and the manager. However, the second interview went downhill with the director. The interviewer simply assumed and asked me which part of India I came from, before I mentioned my background anywhere. He was constantly signalling a person while I was speaking during the video interview. Very unprofessional and something I didn't expect from Deloitte.
