I applied for the position online. This was a senior position and required work experience. I received the call from HR 10 days after submitting my resume. The phone interview was scheduled for the following week. I spoke to two interviewers over the phone. An on-site interview followed in 3 days. I talked to three people on site and received the offer in the following week.
