ETL Developer Interview Experience - Mumbai, Maharashtra

Process

The interview process started in a good manner as soon as I came into their office. My resume was collected, and within a few minutes, the first round got started. It consisted of technical questions and more scenarios. Then I was sent to the second round. This round was taken by a senior person. That person's appearance was quite impressive, but their analysis was not that impressive. I was asked to describe my project experience, and the person did not understand the architecture itself and asked me the wrong question about the tool. I corrected that person. The thing which I found offensive was while answering that person's question. That person was texting continuously, so I came to know that the person was not at all interested in interviewing me. I was asked to leave after that interview. I think applying to Deloitte is totally based on someone's luck because the person who takes the interview either doesn't know how technology trends go in the market or how practices are done.
