Pros: Great culture, flexibility, and time to learn.
Cons: Lack of projects, redundancies, and a lack of direction if you don't speak to the right people.

Very little salary compared to the market
Front End Developer • Current Employee
Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands
September 5, 2020
Pros: Good Office Environment.
Seniors are open to talk to you and are always available.
Good work-life balance if you don't lick ass.
Cons: Seniors are available to talk but cannot do anything for you.
A lot of ass-licking is required to succeed within Deloitte.
They don't care about your development work, as they think only getting a project is actual work, but development is not. There are many non-technical people as seniors, which might be one reason for that.
They will force you to learn different non-technical things, even if you aspire to be an Architect from a technical side. If you say no, you are not performing well because they don't understand the technical side.
