The interview process had four different stages.
Stage 1: I got a phone call from Deloitte's HR for some basic information and questions.
Stage 2: Solved some data structure and algorithm exercises.
Stage 3: Had an interview with a manager (probably my future team lead), asking me fundamental questions about object-oriented programming, etc.
Stage 4: Probably the last step, an HR call about a deal. I got declined as I never got on this stage, or I ever heard back from them.
That made my experience negative, as it is really frustrating to wait for an answer on an ongoing interview and multiple-stage process.
