Hyperion Developer Interview Experience - New York, New York
Process
They have three rounds.
- First Telephone: This was for 30 minutes.
- Second Manager: Basically, scenario-based questions.
- Third Senior Manager: A little bit of tech and overall soft skills.
And then HR.
They took 10 days to release an offer. For me, having around 3 years of experience, they offered me 44% without the HR round, which I declined. Then, after 10 days, they sent a revised email, offering 55%, which I again declined, and then they didn't come back.
No regret. Don't even accept any offer, regardless of how good the org is, if it's not according to your value.
