I got my profile shortlisted from Naukri. I received a call, followed by a mail, to attend the interview.

The interview day started with a presentation on what Deloitte is about and a few other things.

Then there were a series of rounds as below:

1. First technical round, which was quite easy as the interviewer was very friendly. He asked a few things on the Java Collections Framework, Java constructors, abstract classes, and interfaces.

2. Second technical round was a bit tough as the interviewer deep-dived into the concepts of multithreading and concurrent modeling, which I was not prepared for at that point in time but managed to convince her. I knew the concepts well but had no prior experience with that stuff.

3. Third round was the managerial round, which was very easy. This round is basically to test your presence of mind and your positive attitude.

4. Fourth round was the Versant test, which is to test your communication skills—listening and speaking. A sheet will be given to you with a number of English sentences printed on it, and they will leave you in a room with a telephone. You have to dial the number (which the volunteer gave you) and wait for an automated voice to instruct you throughout the paper.

5. This was the final round with HR to negotiate your salary.

Why should we take you as a Technical Consultant and not a Business Technical Analyst with 3 years of experience?
