Process
Hiring process on weekends is pathetic. As per the email, it is a scheduled interview, but it is a drive. There is nothing like a scheduled interview.
My reporting time was 12:30 PM. After a long wait, my first round happened at 3 PM. You can imagine how frustrated it would have been.
The 2nd round happened at 7:00 PM, and after HR said the panel cannot take more rounds, we will call you guys next week.
My next technical round was conducted on Friday, and it has been almost 10 days since I received any feedback.
Suggestion to HR: It is negative or positive, at least give feedback and value our time.
