First, a group interview, where they give you several aptitude tests and an activity where each candidate presents an option and you all choose the best one. Then, you have several individual interviews.
Questions
In the group stage, we had to answer some English and logic tests, and we did an activity where each candidate introduced a new subject. In the individual stage, they ask you very typical questions, like: tell me several adjectives about yourself?, where do you see yourself in 5 years?, etc.
