I had previous experience working at Deloitte Canada in Risk Advisory and Tech Consulting. I left the firm for another opportunity in the industry and was referred by a colleague at Omnia AI to return. I applied with a referral.
I had my initial screening interview with a Talent Specialist. The interview was very easy. It was obvious that the Talent Specialist was new and was not prepared. I had previously worked with other Talent Specialists, so I was expecting more.
Following the interview, he said he would schedule a follow-up with a Senior Manager by the next week. That was the last I heard from him.
Two months have passed, and I requested an update via two emails. No response has been provided. At this point, I am very disappointed with Deloitte. If an offer is even made, I would not accept it.
My values do not align with an organization that treats potential talent with such attitude and does not bother to respond. Unprofessional, rude, and not top-tier.
