Manual Test Engineer Interview Experience - India

Process

I applied through employee referral.

I had a first technical round on the telephone.

The results were disclosed after three working days.

I was then called for a second technical round as a face-to-face interview.

After cracking that round, the next round was a Versant test.

This round is considered tough and unpredictable.

Even though you have good communication skills, you might fail this test.

You have to be very focused, loud, and clear with each word you speak.

The next is an HR/Manager round where you discuss reasons for joining this firm, how the company will benefit from your hiring, and salary negotiation.
