Process
The hiring process comprises 4 rounds:
- Telephonic Technical Round
- F2F Technical Round
- Versant Round
- Managerial Round
- HR Round
The first round will be somewhat like rapid fire. They will be searching for keywords to see if you know them or not. Basic questions.
The second round will be more in detail. What is it that you did? Why this architecture and not another? What was the methodology? Design Patterns. OOPS concepts in detail. Scenarios between a base class and a child class.
Versant will be easy. They check the communication part. You speak well and you understand well.
Managerial will consist of questions like, "What is the complex part you implemented and how did you do it?"
And then HR will negotiate the salary.
Questions
They read each line in your resume. Know everything that you have written. They don't care if you are strong or weak. What you have mentioned means you got to know it.
