Process

I applied for the job in March 2022. I got a call for the 1st round within a month. The 1st round was alright, as it was an initial conversation with the talent acquisition team. The 2nd round was with the Deloitte tech team, which went pretty smoothly. The 3rd round was a technical test of 90 minutes. However, I was sent the wrong test, which was meant for Java. For 5 weeks, I have been following up about this. None are ready to respond, even. It's the worst experience I have ever had. I wouldn't like to ever apply again.

Pros: NONE. But it sucks, sucks, sucks.

Cons: Racist management. They pay for 40-hour weeks but make you work 15-16 hours a day. In particular, the Deloitte management treats contractors like "slaves." For contractors, there's no growth, only stress. Management sucks. No benefits.
