Process
I got the Skype interview through a recruiter. A panel of 3 was conducting the interview. Two had webcams on, and one was on the telephone. Those two persons were on mute and talking to each other, creating distractions for me as I thought through the questions. Very unprofessional, not thorough enough while answering the questions to get the overview of the position.
