I accepted the offer but did not join because the company is not flexible for women employees in providing work-from-home options. Also, I guess the managers, especially some of the women managers, are somewhat arrogant when it comes to new employees. They make them fearful by doing phone calls before joining itself, which I felt is not at all fair.

I suggest the company take action against this because, if this continues, they will definitely lose potential talent due to their egos. Also, it's really important to understand the concerns and look from the employee's perspective. If they are capable enough, then giving work from home is not a bad thing.
