There was one phone interview and then one virtual interview with two managers. It was during COVID, so no on-site interviews. I asked about work-life balance, and one of the managers mentioned that if one person worked 70 hours and did amazing, they would be promoted, versus the regular 40 hours who only did good. The 70-hour person would get promoted.
