The interviewer maintained a very calm and composed demeanor, which immediately created a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. There was absolutely no sense of pressure or stress; in fact, the conversation flowed more like an insightful discussion rather than a formal interview.

One of the standout qualities was the interviewer’s supportive approach. They didn’t hesitate to correct me wherever necessary, but it was done in such a constructive and encouraging manner that it felt more like mentorship than criticism. However, one area of improvement could be around more detailed feedback — a little more depth would have been helpful to better understand my performance and where I could grow.

One key question they asked was how I would handle a scenario where a high-priority bug is found in a Salesforce production environment just before a major release. I explained my approach to quickly reproducing and analyzing the issue, coordinating with developers and stakeholders through effective communication, and ensuring a hotfix is deployed following proper validation and impact assessment — all while maintaining the integrity of the release timeline and quality standards.
