Amazing work environment, salaries should be higher
The work climate is truly amazing. There are many projects, and managers seem friendly and there for you if you feel unhappy in your current role.
Salaries could and should be higher. Increases are sometimes hard to be given, even if an employee excels at their work.
Also, there is not that much exposure to new technologies and tools.
