Today, I must express my profound disappointment following my interview with Deloitte. Regrettably, the interview experience was far from satisfactory, and I attribute a considerable portion of this disappointment to the role played by the Deloitte recruiter.

To my dismay, I was paired with an interviewer, ostensibly a Java developer, who demonstrated a complete lack of familiarity with Stibo, the very technology crucial to the position. This unsatisfactory substitution was justified by the unavailability of the originally assigned interviewer.

It is disheartening to think that, had my interviewer possessed a background more aligned with mine, the outcome could have been considerably different, potentially paving the way for my prompt contribution to Deloitte.

This feedback is not intended merely as a venting of frustration but as a sincere plea for improvement. Should any discerning HR representative from Deloitte chance upon this critique, I implore you to take proactive measures to ensure a more judicious matching of interviewers with candidates, particularly in terms of technical expertise. Such attention to detail is paramount to fostering a more positive and constructive interview environment for all parties involved.
