It's very funny they scheduled back-to-back interviews every 3-4 days and gave feedback regularly. After that, there was suddenly no communication, and the recruiter said he was also waiting for feedback after the last round. This shows a highly unprofessional way of recruiting, especially for such a big organization. Whatever the result, it should be shared with the candidate. Also, when the recruiter and manager are sitting in the next office, still waiting for feedback for more than 3+ weeks shows a huge communication gap among team members.
