Process
Very standard initial screening call, followed by two in-person interviews. It was not a positive experience in the end. They said I got the job, but seemed to be trying to make excuses. At the time, it looked like they wanted me to say no. For example, they mentioned I couldn't be on payroll initially and would have to start as a contractor. I said yes. In the end, they said they couldn't give me an offer because of budget cuts. Two months later, they called me for a similar job. I said no, thank you.
