Initial recruiter call. The next step was a "technical" interview scheduled. No one showed up (two people). The recruiter claimed he was on vacation and wasn't aware that the others declined the meeting. After an apology, the interview was re-scheduled.

Regarding the technical interview, there was not a single technical question, only questions about past experience. Then, a system was mentioned, with questions on how I would test it and to draw the components.

Eight days passed since the interview was done, not a single email with an update on the process. I reached out to the recruiter and asked for an update.

He didn't even write back, just sent an email with the answer of not continuing the process.

Worst experience ever, bad process. Happy I got a "no." One good thing was the high salary.
