I didn't make it past the initial HR screening call. When asked about my exact age, I felt it was a rather unique and interesting question and wanted to understand what relevance it played into anything.

Salary. They wanted to know my age so they could salary bracket me.

I did not continue because I expressed that I felt this was discrimination, and their focus being my age and not capabilities was all I needed.
