Process
The Company was contacted by the College.
There was a Pre-Placement Presentation from the Company Executives.
An IQ, Personality, and Skills test was held soon after the presentation.
Then, a group discussion took place where five people had to discuss a random topic.
The shortlisted people were interviewed one-on-one.
Two people interviewed me: one was the Human Resource Representative, and the other was a Technical Software Developer.
Basic questions on family background and other such topics were asked by the HR, while the technical questions ranged from writing down algorithms for specific programming issues to coming up with logical answers to some tough problems.
