I applied on LinkedIn and was notified after a couple of days to schedule a meeting in two weeks.
The web call lasted for about 30 minutes. They explained pretty much everything except for salaries.
Overall, it was an easy experience. Then they made an offer for a full-time internship at a salary of €350 before taxes. It was €220 after taxes.
I was very disappointed by how little they valued their employees. I was basically asked to work for free, as €220 wouldn't even pay my groceries for the month. I had more monthly tips as a waitress.
