Process
The interview process was easy. There was a Skype interview where they asked questions in Java, SQL, and some framework-related questions. At the same time, I completed the manager round. After one week, I got a call saying I was confirmed for the position and accepted the offer letter.

Pros: About 200 hours of PTOs, which is the most attractive thing about Deloitte to me. A lot of team outings, good communication between the functional team and the technical team.
Cons: Too much over time. The required working hours are 9 hours per day, and usually everyone is in the office for at least 12 hours. The manager's estimation about work is not reasonable.
