Pros: They have a great reputation, they work with really interesting clients, and you meet a lot of interesting people.
Cons: They treat everyone like a number. Sometimes the pay is not equivalent to your impact, and it’s not very diverse. Senior leadership relies on the grunts to do all the work, then they take all the credit.
