Need to sit for an online Aptitude Test (Diagrammatic, numerical, verbal). Pretty tough to score high.

After that, interviewed by a Director for 30 minutes face-to-face. Asked general questions to understand my current roles. Asked questions for job fit.

About 6 weeks later, a second face-to-face interview with a Senior Director for 10 minutes.
