Although I was rejected in the last round of the interview (where usually people are not rejected :) ) with the Sr. Director, I think I could not handle his questions in better ways.

Those were very generic & situation-based questions and no technical. Let me tell you, there is no right or wrong answer; it is just that, at that point, how the panel reviews your answer.
