The employees of this company are so arrogant that they think they own it.
HR called me and scheduled the interview. At the time of the interview, they said the interviewer was not available. They rescheduled the interview.
Second time, when I joined the interview early, I asked to wait for two minutes while I checked and corrected my internet issues. He arrogantly said, "We don’t have time for you."
After that, I gave the interview. Later, when I checked the interviewer's profile, he had half the experience I did, and he was interviewing me for a Senior Manager profile.
When I asked him what my job profile and location would be if I were selected, he said he didn't know anything.
Why are such companies with such arrogant employees allowed to do business and open offices in India? Why don’t they follow the standards they follow in other countries?
