Great office amenities, with a cafeteria and lots of spaces to work.
Not enough desks in your designated area to work, unclear objectives, egos, backstabbing, and products that don't really do much. Admittedly, this was my experience in my specific group; others have had very different experiences.
Throwing money at objectives without regard for feasibility or timelines doesn't produce the desired results. Be thoughtful with your planning and think beyond "this quarter".
