Training is good. They provide a lot of training, which is good for career growth.
No work-life balance. The manager is very mean. It has a bonus up to 22%, but the best you can get is 10% or nothing. Do not count the bonus as your compensation. Most of the time, it is nothing.
Treat your employees well.
