For the most part, everyone I worked with was lovely. Work-life balance is pretty good, but it depends on which project you are staffed on.
Mediocre pay, especially if you are doing Software Engineering work, because you're technically still a Consultant. You can make a lot more as an actual Software Engineer at a tech company.
