I observed a distinction between perm and contract roles.
Full of micromanagement.
Daily, once in the stand-up, they will remind us that we are paying more for contractors.
If you don't have good leaders in your company, that is okay; it has no impact on the company. But if you have one bad leader, that will impact the company's reputation. So please don't encourage such kinds of leaders.
