I applied online. My first round was an online programming round. I had to write code for only one program. I executed the program, and the test cases passed. I then got a mail for selection to the next round.

They asked me to introduce myself, then asked about my hobbies and interests. Finally, they asked about my home state. I don't know how they will evaluate my coding skills with those things.

They take a lot of time, and the hiring team keeps the overall process ambiguous to the point where candidates lose interest. They suddenly call and then stop responding, which is even more irritating as you don't know what is happening.
