Painfully repetitive, very little feedback. It feels like a lottery for a job with a lot of steps for candidates, that you then have to go and repeat for every other consulting firm you want to apply to. But hey, what can you do?

The interview was all online. I found the process confusing and very impersonal. The content and questions seemed irrelevant to the role I applied for. Some preparation for what to expect would have been helpful. Feedback was very insensitive.

Many interview stages. First stage is the assessment, where they made you do sample work and statistics. After successfully completing the assessment, it goes into a group assessment and then an individual interview.
