The interview was all online. I found the process confusing and very impersonal. The content and questions seemed irrelevant to the role I applied for. Some preparation for what to expect would have been helpful. Feedback was very insensitive.

Online Assessment consisting of ranking answers and short calculations. Quite straightforward, just a lot of careful reading involved. Do not think that prep tests are really necessary for this.

Many interview stages. First stage is the assessment, where they made you do sample work and statistics. After successfully completing the assessment, it goes into a group assessment and then an individual interview.
