I had two interviews. First interview with the Manager, Architect, and another Lead Developer. Second interview with the Partners. Although my first interview experience was fairly better, my second interview experience was horrible.

Two-stage interview: first group, second 1:1. The group interview tests your ability to work with others, along with a short presentation. The 1:1 asks you knowledge about program management, nothing too technical though.

Applied online. Got an interview, which was scheduled. An interviewer asked questions, and when I responded, his reactions were very clear, insulting me indirectly. He asked questions as if he already knew the answer I was going to say. Weird reacti
