They made a telephone call to me. They asked me about my educational background, experience in programming, and whether I would be willing to move to another city for work. They also asked for details about my knowledge of web development.

Many interview stages. First stage is the assessment, where they made you do sample work and statistics. After successfully completing the assessment, it goes into a group assessment and then an individual interview.

First was the HR call, then the assessment centre, and finally a partner interview. It took about 3 weeks from start to finish. The conversation with the partner at the end was relaxing, though.
