It was a brief, first phone interview, where they analyzed their working process and asked about my background. The recruiter was friendly and tried his best to find common ground.

Interview with HR lasting 30-40 min. The company was presented first, then the open positions I was interested in. Subsequently, I was asked to introduce myself and describe my academic path and my interests.

It was an introductory chat, aimed at presenting the company and then me, the candidate. After that, we proceeded to discuss objectives and training courses offered. Very interesting also from the perspective in which I want to work.
