Nice team, fair pay, flexibility
I am very satisfied with my work.
For me, it was a while ago. So it was very easy at the time, just general Java language questions and you are in. But now there is a standardized interview process like others. For fresh graduates, there is a higher chance to get an onsite interview
First, a call with the recruiter. Then, a small technical challenge, followed by a technical interview with questions about the challenge and other topics. Finishing with an interview for any remaining questions.
Not a good one, but not a bad one either. HR could be more approachable to candidates. I believe department executives demand a lot from someone who starts their career in computer technologies.
