- Inclusive company culture.
- Emphasis on learning. I'm free to take as many online courses as I wish and can make time within work hours to complete these.
- Work-life balance has been fine so far. There are long hours at times, but there's also plenty of opportunity to clock off early and network with the team.
- Been given a lot of responsibility already. This is a pro in the sense that I'm rapidly learning. It also shows how they value your opinion and contribution from the get-go.

The interview took place in two steps. The first, a call of about half an hour with HR, purely motivational, and the second and final one with the manager, who asked me technical questions and tested my English level.
