I don't see any cons here.
Smooth with 2 rounds. Both technical. First was easy, with basic tech questions and stuff. The second was kinda tough and was a proper grilling session, taken by senior staff. Overall, I would say it was good.
Coding and two technical rounds. First round coding had 4 DSA problems: two were greedy, one was graph, and the other was dynamic programming. All four questions were of medium level. For some of them, there was a compiler problem.
