The infrastructure of the company is amazing. Everyone's considerate and ready to hear your opinion and constructively correct if there are any flaws in views/ideas raised.
So many other things make this company stand out as a giant in the industry for a reason.
Overall, I'm very happy with the way everything is structured in the company; I shouldn't expect less from a company of such size.
Not sure if I have noticed any... Maybe the only thing is that some things get done very slowly because of the size of the company and how many layers of decision/action have to go through sometimes.
